Kontak Doğaçlama Atölyesi & Jam @İstanbul

2023 defterini kapamadan Kontak Doğaçlama ile tanışmak isteyen, uzun zamandır hareket etmeyip de zeminle, başka bedenlerle dans edip hasret gidermek isteyen herkese açık, temelleri ve prensipleri çalışarak Jam ile bolca pratik edeceğimiz atölye ve jam İstanbul’da!

Bedenimizi tanıyarak zeminle, yerçekimiyle, farkındalıkla ve oyunla solo ve eşli çalışmalarla bedenler arası sözsüz bir iletişim kurmayı deneyimleyeceğimiz bu atölyede; özellikle kontak doğaçlamanın temel prensipleri ve temellerine dair egzersizlerle çalışacağız. Yerle nasıl ilişki kuruyorum, beden parçalarım nerede, yerden destek alarak nasıl yükselebilir, yere nasıl inebilirim ve bunu başka bedenlerle birlikte yapmanın yolları nedir gibi soruların etrafında oynayacağımız 3 saatlik yoğun çalışmaya bekleriz!

Before we say goodbye to 2023; let’s come together with whom wants to meet Contact Improvisation and who has not moved for a long time and wants to dance with the ground, with other bodies and satisfy their longing. We will practice a lot with Jam by practicing the basics and principles in the workshop and jam in Istanbul!

In this workshop where we will get to know our body and experience establishing a non-verbal communication between bodies through solo and partner work with the ground, gravity, awareness and play; we will work with exercises especially on the basic principles and foundations of contact improvisation. We are waiting for 3 hours of intensive work where we will play around questions such as how do I relate to the ground, where are my body parts, how can I rise with support from the ground, how can I land on the ground and what are the ways to do this with other bodies!
