Tüm hareket yolları spirallerdir, dünyadaki tüm canlılar spiral modelde evrimleşmiştir. Spiral varoluşumuzun kaynağına ulaşır.
Bu atölyede, yerçekimi ve denge ile oynayacak, spiralin omurgada nerede meydana geldiğini bulacak, pürüzsüz, güçlü ve verimli bir şekilde hareket ederken kendimizi ve başkalarını destekleme potansiyelimizi keşfedeceğiz.
Deneyimli dansçı ve koreograf Teti Nikolopoulou’nun rehberliğinde, somatik, deneysel anatomi ve biyomekanik gibi araçlarla varoluşumuzun kaynağına bağlanacağımız, hareketin özüne doğru dönüştürücü bir yolculuğa katılmaya davetlisiniz!

All paths of movement are spirals, all creatures on earth have evolved in the spiral model. Spiral reaches to the source of our existence.
In this workshop, we will play with gravity and balance, find where the spiral occurs in the spine, and explore our potential to support ourselves and others while moving smoothly, powerfully and efficiently.
Under the guidance of experienced dancer and choreographer Teti Nikolopoulou, you are invited to join a transformative journey towards the essence of movement, where we will connect to the source of our existence with tools such as somatics, experimental anatomy and biomechanics.
What to Expect:
-Discover the spirals within your spine
-Move smoothly, powerfully, and efficiently
-Play with gravity and balance
-Experience joyful, creative dances with others

The workshop is for all levels, and intermediate and advanced.
