Kontak Doğaçlama Atölyesi- “Yer Beden” & Kontak Doğaçlama Jam @Ankara

Bu atölyede yerküreyle olan bağımızı, yerle ilişkimizi kontak doğaçlama dans prensipleri üzerinden araştıracağız. Yer&beden ilişkimiz, kontak noktası ve beden farkındalığı çalışacağımız atölye her seviyeden katılıma uygundur. Atölye bitiminde kısa bir aradan sonra dansa Kontak Doğaçlama Jam ile devam edeceğiz.
Buluşmaya gelirken kendi suluğunuzu, yedek tişört ve havlunuzu, rahat kıyafetler (uzun pantolonlar ve pamuklu tşörtler önerilir), Jam sırasında doğaçlama müzik yapmak isterseniz ise enstrümanınızı getirebilirsiniz.

İsterseniz atölye ve Jam’e katılın, isterseniz sadece Jam’e gelin. Yeter ki danslarda buluşalım.

Contact Improvisation Workshop – ‘Body ground’ & CI Jam
/ 26 November Sunday – 13:30-17:00

In this workshop, we will explore our connection with the ground through contact improvisation dance principles. The workshop, where we will study our ground & body relation, contact point and body awareness, is suitable for the participation of all levels. At the end of the workshop after a short break, we will continue to dance with the CI Jam.
You can bring your own water bottle, spare t-shirt and towel, comfortable clothes (long trousers and cotton t-shirts are recommended), and if you want to improvise music during the Jam, you can bring your instrument to the Workshop&Jam.
You can participate rather the workshop&Jam, or just the CI Jam.
