Ayaklarımız sadece yürümek için değil, zıplamak, koşmak ve bizce en önemlisi dans etmek için muazzam araçlar. Peki ne kadar ayaklarımın farkındayım? Hareket ve dansıma ayaklarımın getirebileceği yeni olasılıklar ne? Doğru hizalanma, yere köklenme, ayağın strüktürü, vb… Bu atölyede araştıracağımız konulardan bazıları. Atölye için rahat hareket edebileceğiniz kıyafetler ve mutlaka yedek bir üst getiriniz. Molalarda ise soğumamak için kalın bir üst yine çok iyi olacaktır. O zaman Kontak Doğaçlama jami ile devam edecek atölyeye bekleniyorsunuz.
Not: Sadece Jam’ katılacaksanız eğer kayıt gerekMEmektedir. 16:45 gibi alanda olmanız yeterlidir. Atölye ve Jam herkese açıktır.
Not: Atölye 2 saat sürecek ve Jam’e geçişte yarım saatlik, beraber atıştıracağımız bir molamız olacak. Bu molaya herkes bir şeyler getirirse soframız şenlenecektir.

Our feet are tremendous tools not only for walking, but also for jumping, running and most importantly, dancing. So how aware am I of my feet? What new possibilities can my feet bring to my dance? Correct alignment, rooting on the ground, structure of the foot, etc… These are some of the topics we will explore in this workshop. Bring comfortable clothes and a spare top for the workshop. During breaks, a thick top will be very good to avoid getting cold. So you will be invited to the workshop, which will continue with the Contact Improvisation jam.
Note: If you are just going to participate in the Jam, registration is not required. You just need to be at the area around 16:45. Workshop and Jam are open to everyone.
Note: The workshop will last 2 hours and we will have a half-hour break to have a snack together on the way to the Jam. If everyone brings something for this break, our table will be festive.
