İzmir Kontak Doğaçlama Temmuz Programı

İzmir Kontak Doğaçlama olarak yaz boyunca her cuma buluşmalarımıza devam ediyoruz. Her Cuma, 17:45 ile 20:00 saatleri arası Ege Kültür Derneği Dans Salonu’nda jam’liyoruz.
Atölye/ders formatında olmadığı için sadece kontak tecrübesi olanların gelmesi uygun olacaktır.
Katılım için önceden kaydolmanıza gerek yok.
Jam öncesi hep birlikte salonu temizleyip, ardından kısa bir ısınma yapıyoruz. Sonrasında ise serbest CI Jam’e geçiyoruz. Başlangıç çemberimizle Jam’i birlikte açmayı önemsiyoruz. Ancak programınıza bağlı olarak Jam’e bu saat aralığında istediğiniz zaman giriş ve çıkış yapabilirsiniz.
Temas ve dansın akışıyla ortaklaştığımız, güven ve dengeyi deneyimlediğimiz paylaşım alanımızda, bedenden ruhumuza doğru özgürleşmek niyetiyle buluşmak üzere, kontakta kalın. Sevgiler

Hello everyone
We, Contact Improvisation Izmir, continue our meetings every Friday throughout the summer. We jam every Friday between 17:45 and 20:00 at the Aegean Culture Association Dance Hall.
Since it is not in a workshop/lesson format, only those with prior contact improvisation experience are advised to attend.
You do not need to register in advance to attend.
Before the jam, we clean the hall and then do a short warm-up together. Afterwards, we move on to CI Jam. We value starting the Jam together with our opening circle. However, depending on your schedule, you can enter and exit the Jam at any time during this time period.
Let’s meet with the intention of liberating our bodies to our souls, in our sharing space where we partner up with our contact and dance flow, and experience balance and trust. Stay in contact, with love.
